The Villa
Villa El Salto 37 was renovated in JULY 2023 and features a swimming pool, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and spacious and pleasant outdoor areas. It is meticulously maintained in every detail.
Located in PLAYA BLANCA, the most beautiful and famous area of Lanzarote, in an excellent residential area, it boasts an exceptional strategic position. In just three minutes, you can reach the beaches of Papagayo, Marina Rubicon, and Playa Dorada, making it the perfect solution for both those who love to relax and those who want to explore the island.

The villa is characterized by its MAXIMUM PRIVACY, in fact, unlike many villas, there are no adjacent tall houses (a rarity in Lanzarote), thus ensuring that passers-by or neighbors cannot see inside, both the swimming pool area and the house.
